Jomo Yaoto operates as a licensed agent of PhilLife Financial, Inc. As PIC, he is responsible for the personal data collected through this website and for ensuring that it is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in accordance with RA 10173 and its IRR.
Loan approval, disbursement, and final loan documentation are handled exclusively by PhilLife Financial, the licensed financial institution regulated by the Insurance Commission of the Philippines. This website facilitates pre-registration only and does not independently grant, approve, or disburse loans.
When you submit the pre-registration form on this website, we collect the following information. Only data strictly necessary for the stated purposes is collected, consistent with the principle of proportionality under Section 11 of RA 10173.

How to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending a message to jomoyaoto@gmail.com, by SMS or call to +63 956 510 0934, or by messaging Jomo Yaoto on Facebook Messenger. Withdrawal of consent will not affect any services you have already received or processing already undertaken in good faith before withdrawal, nor will it affect processing carried out on any other lawful basis.
No Bundled or Pre-ticked Consent: We do not rely on pre-ticked boxes, inaction, or implied consent. You must actively tick the consent checkbox before submitting the form. The checkbox is not pre-selected.
Your personal information is used solely for the following purposes. We do not process your data for any purpose beyond what is stated here, consistent with the principle of specified purpose under Section 11 of RA 10173.

We do not use your personal data for marketing unrelated products, profiling, automated decision-making, sale or transfer to third parties beyond those named in Section 05, or any other purpose not stated above.
This website uses third-party services that process certain data on our behalf in their capacity as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) under RA 10173. We have selected these providers based on their security standards and disclose their involvement in full transparency.
All pre-registration form data is transmitted to and stored on Netlify's servers. Netlify processes and stores your form submission securely and provides it to us via their dashboard. Netlify is SOC 2 Type II certified and encrypts data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Netlify's Privacy Policy governs their handling of this data.
EmailJS is used to send you an automated confirmation email upon form submission. Your name and email address are transmitted to EmailJS solely for this purpose. Based on EmailJS's published privacy policy at the time this policy was last updated, email content is not retained beyond delivery. However, this is subject to EmailJS's own terms, which may change. You are encouraged to review EmailJS's privacy policy independently.
This website uses the Facebook Pixel to measure page visits and form submission events for the purpose of understanding how teachers find and use this site. The Pixel may collect your IP address, browser data, and cookies. No personally identifiable information from your pre-registration form is passed to Meta through this tool. You may opt out via your Facebook Ad Preferences or by disabling cookies through your browser settings.
As the licensed financial institution behind the loan product and as regulated by the Insurance Commission of the Philippines, PhilLife Financial is an authorized recipient of your pre-registration data. Your information is shared with PhilLife Financial for the purpose of evaluating and processing your loan application. PhilLife Financial is subject to RA 10173 and the regulations of the Insurance Commission.
Cross-Border Data Transfer Notice: Netlify, EmailJS, and Meta Platforms are US-based entities. By submitting the pre-registration form and giving your consent, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred outside the Philippines to these processors. These transfers are:
(a) covered by your informed consent given at the point of form submission, consistent with Section 12(a) of RA 10173; and
(b) necessary for the performance of the pre-registration service you have requested from us, consistent with Section 12(b) of RA 10173.
In accordance with NPC Advisory No. 2024-01, we are aware of the availability of Model Contractual Clauses (MCCs) as an additional safeguard for cross-border transfers. As a sole licensed agent using third-party processors under their standard service agreements, we rely on the dual lawful bases above and on the data protection standards contractually committed to by each processor in their published terms of service.

Once your data is no longer necessary for the purposes stated above and no legal obligation requires its continued retention, it will be securely deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion by exercising your Right to Erasure as described in Section 07, subject to any overriding legal obligations.
Under Sections 16 to 20 of RA 10173, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information. You may exercise any of these rights by contacting us directly at the details in Section 01. We will respond to all verified data subject requests within 15 calendar days of receipt, consistent with the timeframe under RA 10173 and its IRR.
You have the right to know how your data is collected, used, shared, and protected — which is the purpose of this policy. This information is provided to you before or at the time your data is collected.
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, information on how it has been processed, the sources from which it was obtained, and the recipients to whom it has been disclosed.
You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data without undue delay. We will act on verified rectification requests within the timeframe above.
You may request deletion or suspension of processing of your data when it is no longer necessary, your consent has been withdrawn, processing is unlawful, or you object to its use. Note that we may retain data as required by law or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
You may object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where objection is upheld, we will cease processing unless compelling legitimate grounds exist that override your rights.
You may request that we provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format where technically feasible, to allow its transfer to another service.
You are entitled to claim compensation if you suffer damages due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized use of your personal data, pursuant to Section 16(f) of RA 10173.
If you believe your data privacy rights have been violated and we have not resolved your concern to your satisfaction, you may lodge a complaint directly with the National Privacy Commission.

We implement reasonable and appropriate organizational, physical, and technical security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, consistent with Section 20 of RA 10173 and NPC Circular No. 2023-06 on Security of Personal Data.
Despite these measures, no method of data transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. In the event of a personal data breach that is reasonably believed to give rise to a real risk of serious harm to any affected data subject, we will notify the NPC and affected individuals as soon as practicable, and in no case later than 72 hours from our discovery of the breach, consistent with the IRR of RA 10173. If a breach does not pose a risk of serious harm, we will still assess and document it internally and will report it in the annual breach summary to the NPC as required.
This website uses the Facebook Pixel, which places a cookie in your browser. This cookie allows Meta Platforms to track page visits and certain events — such as form submissions — to help us understand how users interact with this website. No personally identifiable information from the pre-registration form is sent to Meta via this cookie.
